Experts will discuss the prospects of creating computer games without killing and shooting

The specialized resource GamesIndustry.biz will hold a panel discussion at the largest British gaming exhibition EGX Rezzed

on the topic of creating computer games without violence, that is, without the killing and shooting familiar to gamers.

The organizers want to discuss this issue withvarious game studios, including the creators of best-selling non-violent books. The discussion will include the developers of the puzzle game Monument Valley, the First World War game Aardman's 11-11: Memories Retold, the humorous game Astrologaster and the adventure game Annwn: the Otherworld. Many of these projects were highly praised by critics. However, in terms of popularity, they, of course, do not reach the level of games with elements of violence.

The EGX Rezzed exhibition will be held in London from March 26 to 28, 2020.
