A couple of weeks ago, famous hacker and developer Ian Beer from the Google Project Zero team announced his plans
As promised, Ian has released exploits for iOS 11.4 - iOS 11.4.1 called iOS kernel UaF, iOS kernel stack memory and iOS/MacOS sandbox escape.
Developer Released Exploits for iOS 11 -iOS 11.1.2 and iOS 11.2 - iOS 11.3.1 (iOS 11.4 beta 4) were used to develop jailbreaks for the corresponding versions of the system. So it is not surprising that immediately there was talk about the possibility of creating a new jailbreak. However, do not rejoice early.
Jailbreak is only available for iOS 11 so far -iOS 11.3.1 thanks to Electra and Unc0ver tools. It is not known whether hackers will take up the development of a new jailbreak based on exploits iOS 11.4.1 - iOS 11.4.
