Facebook finally released Messenger app for Windows and macOS

Facebook developers have announced Messenger for computers running Windows and macOS. The application is now available on

all popular platforms.

What is known

Windows and macOS clients are no different frommobile or web version of Messenger. The app features group calls, new message notifications, chat synchronization across all devices, as well as stickers and GIF animations. Naturally, we didn’t forget about the Dark Mode, which automatically changes along with the system interface.

When to expect

The application can already be downloaded from the Microsoft Store and App Store.
