First of all, the gadget is aimed at healthuser, therefore it can determine the level of oxygen in the blood, track the heart rate, the number of calories burned during the day, the state of women’s health, and the quality of sleep. In addition, the gadget determines the health of the heart based on the frequency of its contraction, activity and age of the person.

With Fitbit's Active Zone Minutes systemCharge 4 detects activity levels. Points are also awarded for every minute in the fat burning heart rate zone and in the cardio or peak zone. The device notifies you when you enter a new zone and advises the user to slow down or work more actively.

The new model received a built-in GPS-module, so now you can track the distance without a smartphone.

The housing is protected from water. The autonomy of the device is up to 7 days, but with continuous use of the built-in GPS it is only 5 hours.

Another innovation is integration with the Spotify streaming service: you can now manage playlists on Android and iOS using a fitness tracker.

Price

Fitbit Charge 4 was priced at $150 for the version in black, pink or blue-black. There's also a Special Edition with reflective fabric for $170. Sales in the US and Europe will start on April 13.
