In one day, Call of Duty: Mobile brought Activision $2 million and captured Google Play and the App Store

Call of Duty: Mobile was released on Android and iOS on October 1, and analysts from Sensor Tower shared the first successes of the game.


According to the agency, in the first 24 hours Callof Duty: Mobile has been downloaded 20 million times. The project took first place in Google Play (19 regions) and the App Store (45 regions), and in the US the game overtook Mario Kart Tour, which had been leading the Apple store since its release. Activision's mobile project has already earned $2 million. The developers monetized the game with a battle pass, cosmetic items, and progress boosters.
