Foreign components and even a Ukrainian part were found in the Iranian drone Mohajer-6 - GUR

Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunners managed to successfully land one of the Iranian Mohajer-6 drones, which Russia is actively

used in the war against Ukraine.It remained intact, so then employees of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense took up the work, disassembling the drone and studying its technical internals.

What is known

In particular, the GUR was interested in how a country that had been under sanctions for decades was able to organize the production of such UAVs.

As a result, it turned out that the majorityMohajer-6 components are of foreign origin - there is even a Ukrainian part. Moreover, all the details are marked in the state language of Iran - Farsi, which undoubtedly testified to the Iranian origin of the drone.

“We compared this drone with othersdrones of this company and found out that the drone contains ¾ of the components from the USA, there are also components from Japan, China, Sweden, Austria and even one component made in Ukraine. Now the GUR specialists will figure out how they got there,” said the GUR representative.

All evidence will be transferred to international organizations.
