Epic Games has released a new limited-time mode in Fortnite called “Imposters”, allowing players
The action takes place on a new internal map undercalled The Bridge. Agents need to complete various tasks in order to safely reach the end of the match. Naturally, the impostors are trying to trip up this plan. When a corpse is discovered, everyone who is still alive gathers to voice their suspicions and vote on who they think has committed the crime. General voice chat is disabled in the game, and you will have to use the quick chat menu and emoji to chat with those who are not on your team.
As an imposter you have up your sleeveseveral tricks to knock the enemy team off the scent. You can make agents and impostors temporarily look like Peely's banana mascot from Fortnite, as well as teleport everyone elsewhere on the map. Just like in Among Us, you have the option to freeze the progress of missions that other players are working on.
For Epic Games this is already the second attempt to createmode in the spirit of Among Us. Late last year, the company released The Spy Within, another limited-time mode that pitted players into teams of eight agents and two infiltrators. You can queue up for Imposters as soon as you download the latest Fortnite update.
