due to the spread of coronavirusinfections. Thus, according to the innovation, Muscovites who need to use any type of transport are required to obtain a special pass, which is a digital code.

This would seem to imply the usemobile device, as well as the network. However, a way was found to get a pass without a smartphone and the Internet. So, according to the Minister of the Moscow Government Alexei Nemeryuk, in order to get a pass without a device and Internet access, you need to call a special number from a landline phone: +7 (495) 777-77-77.

“Then they will dictate their data, the purpose of the trip, and the operator will dictate to them the number of the digital badge, which only needs to be written on paper,” Nemeryuk concluded.
