To evaluate the effectiveness of this method, weA 10-day healthy eating challenge for 58 healthcare workers, staff and students at Rutgers University. The experts provided participants with healthy breakfast recipes and asked them to write down how they felt after eating.
After that, 37 participants filled out a questionnaire, inwho spoke in detail about their experiences. As a result, 86% of respondents are sure that they will change their eating habits in the future, 84% promised to eat more varied, 46% want to increase their fiber intake, and 62% plan to start preparing large portions of food in the evening to improve their nutrition.
