Four unhealthy foods to eat while losing weight

There are several types of foods that are considered unhealthy, but in fact you can eat them, even on a diet. Nutrition expert Amy Goodson spoke about them.

  1. Burgers. The most important thing – cook it correctly.It should contain lean ground beef (with a meat-to-fat ratio of 90 to 10 or 93 to 7), a whole grain bun with cheese, avocado (instead of mayonnaise), lettuce, tomatoes, onions (regular or caramelized), or fried mushrooms. The result is a dish rich in nutrients.

  2. Pizza. So that it contains fewer carbohydrates and calories,make a whole wheat or cauliflower crust. Also use tomato sauce or add a little olive oil. Next, add grilled chicken (or other lean protein), mozzarella cheese, vegetables and fruit. Of the other food combinations that the nutritionist lists, – arugula and figs with a balsamic glaze, sautéed spinach, zucchini and pine nuts, or caramelized onions, walnuts and peaches.

  1. Muffins. You need to cook them from oatmeal or oats. As a filling, you can take fruits, nuts or vegetables. To reduce the amount of sugar, you need to replace it by half with a culinary sweetener.

  2. Eggs. Thanks to the protein and fat found in eggs, you will stay full for a long time. You can cook them in different ways: with vegetables, hard-boiled, add to a salad.
