The new Black Shark 2 Pro has a very similardesign with its predecessor. However, the back panel features a thinner center line of the logo than the Black Shark 2. It features a 6.39-inch FullHD+ screen with AMOLED technology and HDR support. To enhance your gaming experience, it comes with DC Dimming 2.0 technology that reduces screen flickering at low brightness levels. The screen is where most of the technology is concentrated: up to 430 nits of brightness, 60,000:1 contrast ratio, Magic Press 2.0 technology, just 34.7ms touch latency and 240Hz touch sampling rate, making it the first smartphone with this feature.
Most powerful processor
Of course, the main feature of Black Shark 2 Prois the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor. This is the second phone on the market to receive such a powerful chip. The first was Asus ROG PHONE II. This processor has been enhanced to deliver superior graphics performance in the most demanding games. It works in conjunction with 12 GB of RAM. The user will have two versions available to choose from — with a capacity of 128 and 256 GB, compatible with UFS 3.0 technology. It also features Liquid Cooling 3.0 technology, which promises improved cooling with a liquid cooling plate and liquid cooling pipe to reduce CPU core temperatures.
Camera and battery
Although these are not the most important parameters for a gamingphone, however, we must point out that the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has a main dual camera of 48 MP + 12 MP, and a 20 MP selfie camera on the front. There's also a fairly large 4,000mAh battery with 27W fast charging. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack here. Price and sales
The new Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro will go on sale for the first time in China on August 2. The start of sales in other countries remains a mystery for now — no information.
Its price is 2999 yuan (about 435dollars) for the version with 128 GB of memory, and the version with 256 GB will cost up to 3499 yuan (about 508 dollars). The gaming phone is available in several colors: electric black, ice ash, blue, orange, and purple.
