Geekbench confirms the release of the flagship Snapdragon 888+ chip

At the end of last year, Qualcomm introduced the top-end Snapdragon 888 processor, and is now preparing to announce it

Big changes compared to usualThe Snapdragon 888 is an overclocked performance core of the X1, which clocks at 3.0 GHz compared to 2.84 GHz on the old model. The test shows four low-power A55 cores running at 1.8 GHz and three additional Cortex-A78 clusters running at 2.4 GHz.

According to the test results, the Snapdragon 888+ produced 1171 points in the single-core test and 3704 points in the multi-core test, and this is consistent with the results of the Snapdragon 888.

Most likely, the new processor will be presented in July, and smartphones with it are expected in the second half of the year. According to rumors, the Honor smartphone may be one of the first to receive the new processor.
