This was announced during a briefing on October 6Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Brigadier General Aleksey Gromov. According to Gromov, Ukrainian defenders shot down 60% of the drones. For this, the Armed Forces of Ukraine used aviation, small arms, as well as air defense systems.

“We will continue to improve air defense, taking into account the technical characteristics of enemy aircraft,” the general said.
