The manufacturer introduced its new gamingMonitor - Gigabyte S55U. A distinctive feature of the model was a huge display of almost 55 inches. To be more precise, the monitor is equipped with a 54.6-inch screen.
The novelty is based on a VA-panel with quantumdots with a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Claimed GtG response time is 2ms, contrast ratio is 5000:1, and peak brightness is 1500 cd/m2. However, the monitor provides a viewing angle of 178°.
Note that the S55U also has its own speaker system, consisting of two speakers with a power of 10 W each. Unfortunately, the cost of the device is currently unknown.
