The Berlin company was the first to achievethe set goal. Model Y production rose to 5,000 units a week in March this year. The Texas plant was a little behind. By April, only 4,000 cars rolled off the assembly line every week. The company announced the day before reaching the level of 5,000 electric vehicles.
