The German company Gigaset (read Siemens) introduced the rugged smartphone GX290. Features: MediaTek processor, high

autonomy and Android Pie on board.

Gigaset GX290 is based on an eight-coreMediaTek Helio P23 processor. The manufacturer is still silent about the amount of RAM, but it is reliably known that the amount of flash memory is 32 GB. The main camera is represented by a dual module of 13 and 2 megapixels, while the front camera will receive one 8 megapixel sensor. The smartphone is protected at IP68 level and MIL-STD standard. This means that the Gigaset GX290 is not afraid of water, dust, or falls from a small height. High autonomy will be provided by a 6200 mAh battery and a low resolution HD+ display (1600×900). The descendant of the once majestic Siemens runs on pure Android Pie.
