The startup GlüxKind presented a smart stroller at CES 2023, which may scare off many parents due to its cost.

To start, a little history.The founders of the Canadian startup are Anna Hunger and Kevin Huang (). They didn't like finding a stroller for their daughter. Therefore, the couple decided to create their own baby stroller that would meet all the requirements.
For starters, they attached an electric skateboardto a normal stroller. Thus began the creation of a product that was presented in Las Vegas at the annual consumer electronics show and was named Ella.
The smart stroller has three modes of operation.The first allows you to lull the child. The device starts to rock from side to side. The second mode involves working on the principle of an electric bicycle. You need to make very little effort to move the stroller. This will be useful when moving up.
In the third operating mode, Ella will moveautomatically at a distance of a few centimeters from the owner. But there is a nuance. This only works when there is no child in the stroller. The device can increase power when climbing a mountain and slow down during a descent. But as soon as you put the baby in the stroller, it recognizes this and stops moving. For this, a weight sensor is provided.
Price and when to wait
GlüxKind Ella will be available in spring. The startup is currently raising funds on Kickstarter. The cost at this stage is $3800. After entering the market, the price will be even higher.
