As the Wall Street Journal found out, the founder of Teslahad an affair with Brin's wife Nicole Shanahan last year. Although Nicole and Sergei were allegedly separated at the time, they continued to live together.
Brin filed for divorce in January, citing "irreconcilable differences." It came weeks after Sergei found out that Shanahan was having an affair with Musk, the sources say.
The parties to the conflict declined to comment on this information.
