The device is runningThe Exynos 9110 processor is paired with 2 GB of RAM, and is powered by a 294 mAh battery. Pixel Watch can track your heart rate, ECG, determine blood oxygen levels, and also monitor sleep. The watch has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, eSIM (optional) and GPS. Pixel Watch comes with the Wear OS by Google operating system.
