Google will introduce advertising in the image search service

The company began testing the advertising function in the targeted image search service.

If a user searches for “Buy a table,” Google will show pictures of different tables and links to sites where they can be purchased.

So far, only a few percent of users who are looking for different things, from abstract art to home cinema, participate in testing.

Earlier Yandex launched the Yandex.Patents, with which users can search and analyze existing patent documents and applications that have been registered in Russia and the USSR since 1924. In total, the database contains 2.86 million documents.
