The plant will produce Bayraktar attack drones, both the Bayraktar TB2, known to Ukrainians, and the Bayraktar Akinci high-altitude long-range model, which has not yet been supplied to Ukraine.
“Ukraine has a long history in the aerospace industry and has very good technologies. And we want to benefit from this cooperation,” emphasized Haluk Bayraktar.
Also, according to him, one of the future UAV models may receive a Ukrainian name - this should be “a good historical context.”
The Turkish company promises to continue to support Ukraine as its strategic partner.
