Here's Why Your Kids Shouldn't Skip Breakfast at Home

Scientists have found that children who skip breakfast are more likely to have behavioral problems. And here

Schoolchildren who eat healthy food at home every morning show better mental health. However, what children eat is also important. Discuss

Researchers say it matters where children arebreakfast and what. “Skipping or eating breakfast away from home is associated with an increased likelihood of psychosocial behavioral problems in children and adolescents. Similarly, the consumption of certain foods/drinks is associated with a higher (eg, processed meat) or lower (eg, dairy, cereals) likelihood of experiencing psychosocial behavioral problems,” said one of the study authors.

The scientists came to this conclusion after examining the databaseon the health of the Spaniards 2017. The researchers suggest that eating out is often less nutritious. The results also show that coffee, milk, tea, chocolate, cocoa, yogurt, bread, toast, cereal and baked goods improve well-being and reduce the likelihood of behavioral problems. On the other hand, eating eggs, cheese, and ham increases the risk.
