“Heroes” at minimum prices: Ubisoft will release Might & Magic: Chess Royale - a mixture of battle royale and autobattler

Ubisoft decided not only to follow trends, but also to create its own, combining the battle royale genre

with an auto battler. The result of this union will be Might and Magic: Chess Royale, which will be released in January.

What is known

It sounds like a cynical joke, but Ubisoft announcementsIt doesn’t throw it into the wind. Players are really looking forward to a variation of Dota AutoChess with battles for 100 people. As in other auto battlers, players will combine units, creating unique combinations, buy items, improve warriors and place them on the battlefield.

Uniqueness of Might and Magic:Chess Royale consists of short matches that last up to 10 minutes, as well as heroes from the franchise universe. Ubisoft also promises excellent graphics and regular updates with events.

Might and Magic will be released:Chess Royale is already available on January 30th on PC, Android and iOS. It's not surprising that the developers are counting on short matches. There is no talk about cross-platform saves yet, but the game has already passed closed testing, so gamers can expect an official release.
