Honor introduced the first device with HarmonyOS - Honor Vision TV

Honor introduced its first TV, Honor Vision, in China. This is also the first motherboard TV

Huawei, as well as the first device running its own operating system HarmonyOS.

So, the TV got a 55-inch displaywith Ultra HD 4K resolution, 400 nits maximum brightness, 178° viewing angle and HDR10 high dynamic range support. It occupies 94% of the area, and the tap itself is framed by thin metal frames.

The display is only 6.9mm thick.

Inside, the Honghu 818 chipset is installed, which includes a quad-core central processor (2 x A73 + 2 x A53) and a quad-core Mali-G51 graphics accelerator.

There are two TV versions to choose from:basic and pro version. The first has four 10 W speakers and 16 GB of ROM, the second has 6 speakers, 32 GB of memory and a built-in camera, which is hidden in the top frame and pops out, like the Honor 9X smartphone.

The camera recognizes faces, supports video shooting in 1080p format and allows you to make and receive calls.

What can

You can control your TV using your smartphone:It acts both as a remote control and copies content to the screen. That is, you can select a movie on your smartphone and watch it on a large TV screen. You can also transfer photos, videos, games (in 1080p@60fps format) and just your phone’s desktop.

Also included is a Magic Link NFC sticker.Attach it to a Bluetooth remote control or any other surface, bring your smartphone up, and content from your smartphone screen will instantly appear on your TV screen.

Price

For the basic version in China they ask for about $538, for the Pro model - $680. Sales start on August 15. Whether the TV will be available outside the Middle Kingdom is unknown.
