Today in China, the Huawei sub-brand Honor introduced a new generation of its laptops - Honor MagicBook 2019.
What's changed
Last year's Honor MagicBook was very similaron a MacBook Pro (without Touch Bar). Nothing has changed in this generation: the new laptop is the same in appearance as the old one: the same 14-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, the same dimensions - 32.3x22.1x15.8 mm, weight - 1.47 kg.

The only thing that has changed in the Honor MagicBook2019 is a processor. If previously Intel Core i5-8250U or Core i7-8550U were used, now they have been replaced by AMD Ryzen 5 3500U and Ryzen 7 3700U with Radeon Vega 8 and Vega 10 GPUs, respectively. The amount of RAM is still 8 GB, but the capacity of the SSD drive has increased - by 256 and 512 GB.
In addition, Magic-link 2.0 technology is supported for convenient transfer of photos, videos, documents and other files from a smartphone to a laptop.
Price
Version with Ryzen 5 processor and Vega 8 graphicswill go on sale in China tomorrow. Its cost ranges from 529 to 569 euros, depending on the amount of memory. The version with Ryzer 7 will have to wait until the end of May.
