Honor, as promised, held an event in China at which it announced a new tablet - Honor Pad V8 Pro.
What is known
The tablet will receive 12.1" LCD display with 2.5K resolution and 600 nits brightness. The panel supports a 144Hz refresh rate and boasts IMAX Enhanced certification. The new product also has eight speakers, a single main camera of 13 MP and a front camera of 5 MP. The tablet supports the proprietary Magic Pencil 3 stylus and Smart Touch keyboard.
Running Honor Pad V8 ProMediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor paired with up to 12 GB RAM and up to 256 GB storage. The device is powered by a 10050 mAh battery. The battery supports 35W fast charging. The gadget comes with WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, Android 13 operating system and MagicOS 7.0 proprietary shell.
Price and when to wait
Honor Pad V8 Pro will go on sale in China on December 30. The new product will cost from $373. It is unknown whether the tablet will appear on the global market.
