Honor Play 5: 5G smartphone with MediaTek Dimensity 800U chip, 66W fast charging and quad camera for $ 320

As promised, today Honor officially introduced the new Play 5 smartphone.

received a 6.53-inch OLED display with resolutionFHD+ and a waterdrop notch for a 16-megapixel front camera. Inside, a MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor with 5G is installed, coupled with 8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal memory.

Although the battery capacity is only 3800 mAh, it supports fast wired charging with a power of 66 W. As a result, the battery is charged from 0 to 100% in just 35 minutes.

The main camera is located on the back panelin the form of a square block with four chambers. This is a 64-megapixel sensor, 8-megapixel “wide” and two additional 2-megapixel sensors for macro photography and depth assessment.

There is also NFC and Android 10 OS with the proprietary Magic UI 4.0 shell. The thickness of the device is 7.46 mm, weight - 179 g.

In China, sales will start on May 26. Honor Play 5 in the version with 8/128 GB of memory costs $326, for 8/256 GB you will have to pay $358.
