Honor sent to the Trademark OfficeChina has applied for registration of several new trademarks: Honor Smart Screen and Honor Vision. It is expected that the manufacturer’s first “smart” TVs will be released under these names.
According to rumors, these will be TVs with a camera and some smartphone functions. It was previously reported that one of the first models would be a 55-inch 4K model.
As for Huawei, its TV will be released later.This will be an expensive model with a display with 8K resolution (16 times more dots per inch than Full HD), support for fifth-generation networks, a proprietary Balong 5000 modem and the ability to control a smart home.
When to expect?
Most likely, the presentation of Honor TVs will take place tomorrow, July 15. At least that's what the teaser hints at. The image talks about “breaking the rules and discovering an intelligent future.”
