Honor held an event in China where it showed off the new MagicBook 2021 laptops.

Known
Two models went into series:MagicBook 14 and MagicBook 15. Both new products have all-metal cases with thin frames around the screens. The MagicBook 14 has a 14-inch panel, and the MagicBook 15 has a 15-inch panel. The displays have a matte finish, IPS matrix and FHD+ resolution.
New AMD processors are installed inside the laptopsRyzen 5000. The chips are paired with 16 GB dual-channel DDR4 RAM and 512 GB NVMe PCIe SSD storage. The devices received Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, USB 3.2 Gen1, USB 2.0, HDMI, fingerprint scanner and headphone jacks. The devices run Windows 10 out of the box, but the manufacturer promises to update the system to Windows 11 in the future.
Price and when to wait
Sales of MagicBook 14 and MagicBook 15 will start in China on July 20 with the following prices:
- Honor MagicBook 14 (Ryzen 5 5500U) — $700
- Honor MagicBook 14 (Ryzen 7 5700U) - $760
- Honor MagicBook 15 (Ryzen 5 5500U) – $712
