A new study has found that different dairy products affect your heart in different ways.

Scientists analyzed the data of 1929 patients,whose mean age was 61.8 years and who suffered from angina pectoris. Observation of the subjects showed that those who consumed more milk had higher risks of stroke and death.

Those who regularly ate butter also had a higher risk of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and premature death. But patients who ate more cheese had a lower risk of MI.
