Dianova noted that on average, one caneat no more than 20 grams of chocolate - one fifth of a bar, or three squares. At the same time, sweets should not be eaten separately from the main food, so as not to provoke a jump in glucose.
“On average per day, provided that you have foodbalanced, you can eat no more than 20 g of dark chocolate, which contains from 50% cocoa beans. That is, this is one fifth of the tile, or three squares, ”the doctor explained.
