An early review of the new Core i9-13900K processor has appeared on the web.
It is claimed that in the new generation of Intelimproved both the frequency and multi-threaded performance of processors by doubling the power-efficient cores and improving the performance of the L2 and L3 caches.
The Core i9-13900K shows significantan improvement in clock speed over its predecessor, the Core i9-12900K. The peak figure reaches 5.8 GHz. In addition, the communication delay between the cores has been significantly reduced to approximately 30-33 ns for all 24 cores.
In tests Cinebench R15, R20 and R23 Core i9-13900Kdemonstrated an average performance gain of 12.5% over the Core i9-12900KF with P cores in the single-threaded test only. When tested with E-cores, the Core i9-13900K shows a 16% performance improvement in single-threaded mode. Multi-threaded results were 48% better. And in games, the Core i9-13900K showed a 10% improvement over the Core i9-12900KF.
