It is reported that iPhone Pro models will be equipped with 6 GB of LPDDR5 RAM. Current iPhones are equipped with LPDDR4X. The same type of memory will remain in the younger models of the iPhone 14 line.

If the minimum amount of memory in the iPhone 13 series was 4 GB, then at least 6 GB of RAM will be installed in the new smartphones.

Earlier it was also reported that only the ‌iPhone 14 Pro‌ and ‌iPhone 14 Pro‌ Max will receive the new Apple A16 chipset. Standard iPhone 14 models will retain the A15 processor.
