The Galaxy S23 Ultra is certified under model number SM-S9180. The documents indicate that the device supports charging power of no more than 25 W (11 V at 2.25 A).

This is lower than the supported power of 45 W forGalaxy S22 Ultra. However, remember that the S22 Ultra's 45W charger didn't make much of an impact on charging time compared to the Galaxy S21 Ultra (also 25W).
