What should an employer do?

It is necessary to select the supervising sectoral executive body from the list, then indicate the basis from the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of March 25, 2020 No. 206 «On the announcement of non-working days in the Russian Federation», on the basis of which the application is made, enter the TIN of the organization, enter the location of the work, plus add lists of workers in whose name permits need to be issued.
  3. Next, you need to wait until the application is confirmed by an employee of the branch executive body.

What should an employee do?

This method is a bit redundant and takes a little more time. It is necessary:

  1. Form an application addressed to the managersectoral regional executive body of the Nizhny Novgorod region with a detailed description and justification of the need to work non-remotely (in accordance with the list established by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of March 25, 2020 No. 206 «On declaring non-working days in the Russian Federation» ).
  2. Write to all employees of the organization for which you need to get permission to leave the house in the form posted on the official website of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
  3. Send the application itself and the list of employees from the official mail of your organization to the official mail of the sectoral regional executive body of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
  4. If you do not have the opportunity to use e-mail, then you need to print the documents and submit them to the office of the sectoral regional executive authority of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
  5. To obtain a non-remote work permit signed with the electronic signature of the head of the branch regional executive body of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
