Earlier in May of this year, Microsoft made Internet connection and a Microsoft account mandatory.
The solution was included in Rufus, a free application,which can be used to format and create bootable USB drives. Its latest 3.19 Beta preview introduced the ability to bypass the mandatory requirement for a Microsoft account in Windows 11 22H2. This option is available when configuring a Windows 11 installation in Rufus.
Along with bypassing this requirement, the program added the ability to bypass TPM and Secure Boot. These features first appeared in Rufus 3.18 Beta.
Recently, the Russians complained that they could not download Windows 10 and 11 without a VPN from the official Microsoft website.
