The Promotions app appeared back in iPhone OS 1 onthe first iPhone of 2007. However, before the presentation of iOS 12 and macOS Mojave, it was not available on the iPad and Mac. This year, Apple not only expanded the application and ported it to new platforms, but also changed its design and added new features.
Susan Prescott of Apple noted the following:
We have completely redesigned the Stock application, and nowhe has a new beautiful design. You can still track stock prices and keep track of their changes, but even more features have been added - for example, small charts with stock changes during the day.
How to Use Promotions onMac
By default, the Promotions program is located on the macOS Mojave dock.
one)Click on the icon of the Promotion program to open it.
2)On the left, you'll see a list of available exchangers and stocks that you follow in the iPhone app.If you have not previously used the Stock, you will see a standard list: Dow Jones, NASDAQ and APPL.
In the upper right corner you will see the main news from Apple News.
3)To add or remove stocks from the list, click on the menu button in the lower right corner of this column.
four)Now you can easily edit the stock list.File > Newin the Mac menu.
five)Click the "remove" button next to the stocks you don't want. It looks like a red circle with a minus inside.
6)Once completed, clickIs done.

To get started, return to the stocks main screen.
one)ClickTop Stories From Apple Newstop left. World business news will open on the right side of the screen. Some of them will concern your saved shares.
2)To open a news item, simply click on it.
3)Scroll the screen to read the news in full.

2)Real-time market information will be displayed on the right.

The public version of the Promotion program will be released along with the final version of macOS Mojave this fall. So far, the program is in beta testing, so changes can be made to it.
