The new product was called HTC Wildfire R70 and it receivedplastic body, as well as a 6.53-inch IPS display with a teardrop notch and HD+ resolution. The screen has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The front camera in the device is 8 MP, and the main one is 16 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP. The first sensor is the main one, and the second two are additional (depth sensor and macro lens).

The heart of the HTC Wildfire R70 is octa-coreMediaTek Helio P23 processor paired with 2GB RAM. Built-in storage in the smartphone is 32 GB. It can be expanded with a microSD memory card. The new product is powered by a 4000 mAh battery. It supports 10W charging and charges via the old microUSB port.

The device has a headphone jack, a fingerprint scanner on the back side, as well as a slot for two SIM. The novelty will be delivered with the preinstalled Android 9 Pie OS.
