Huawei again transfers the output of a folding smartphone Mate X

The day after tomorrow, November 15, Huawei promised to start selling its first folding smartphone Mate X. First

They talked about a limited edition of devices with a Kirin 980 processor, a Balong 5000 5G modem and a price tag of $2400. However, now sources say that the start of sales has once again been postponed.

What happened

This was reported by the Chinese Internet company NetEase, while Huawei representatives did not make any official statements on this matter.

Why the release of the folding smartphone was postponed again and when it will finally appear on store shelves is not specified.

Let's remember that Huawei Mate X was shown back in Februaryat the MWC 2019 exhibition in Barcelona. After the unsuccessful debut of the competitor Samsung Galaxy Fold, they decided to finish the smartphone and test it again, so its entry into the market was postponed. But Galaxy Fold has been on sale since September and is even preparing for its debut in Ukraine.

Whether Huawei Mate X really won’t be released on November 15th will be known in the coming days.
