Indian insider Sudhanshu Ambhore published renders of the smartphone and said that the device will be presented in Europe in the near future. He has not yet announced the exact date for the announcement of Honor 9X.

Interestingly, the global version of the device will differ from the Chinese counterpart by a fingerprint scanner on the back side. For a model from China, it is installed on the side face.
Specifications
The specifications of the new product will be the same.The smartphone will receive a frameless IPS screen with a retractable front camera, a proprietary Kirin 810 processor with GPU Turbo 3.0 function, a dual main camera module with a 48 MP main sensor and a 4000 mAh battery with fast charging and a USB-C port.
