Huawei Mate 30 Pro
The older version received a 6.53-inch OLEDHorizon Display with a resolution of 2400 × 1176 pixels is the same waterfall display, like the Vivo Nex 3. The edges of the screen are 88 degrees bent, which creates the effect of a “flowing down” display. In addition, using these faces, you can control the volume and the camera: swipe up or down and the sound will become louder or quieter, click on the face and click on the selfie. This feature can be disabled in the settings.

At the top is a small "bang", but sheLooks smaller and neater than the iPhone. By the way, Huawei devoted a lot of time to the new “apple” smartphones, but they, of course, lose the Mate 30 (who would doubt it): their frames are thicker, the screen is smaller with the same dimensions, and the battery is smaller.

But back to the cutout: in addition to a selfie camera, there is a motion sensor here, with which you can use your smartphone to control gestures: for example, scroll through pages or take screenshots if you have dirty hands. The sensor also knows how to recognize "outsiders" and hide personal information if a stranger is looking at the screen.
The fingerprint scanner is sub-screen here, there is protection against dust and moisture according to the IP68 standard and Always-on Display mode.
The flagship processor is installed inside the flagshipHuawei Kirin 990 in conjunction with 8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of ROM. There is NFC, a USB Type-C 3.1 connector, two SIM card slots and a 4,500 mAh battery with support for fast charging at 40 watts and fast wireless charging at 27 watts. We did not forget about reverse charging: that is, a smartphone without wires can charge other gadgets.

Also inside were placed 21 antennas, 14 of which- to support 5G. And here it was not without comparison with the Samsung Note 10+ 5G: the Mate 30 Pro is faster than 5G in speed, it heats up less and consumes less power.
And finally, another pride of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro- main camera. It is made in the style of cameras of ordinary cameras (well, at least not the stove): the sensors are located in a round module. The main sensor is a 40-megapixel SuperSensing (f / 1.6) with an RYYB sensor, which debuted in the Huawei P30 Pro, which provides good quality shooting in low light. The second sensor is a 40-megapixel wide-angle lens (f / 1.8), the third is an 8-megapixel telephoto lens (f / 2.4). The fourth is a 3D module (ToF). Declared 3x optical and 30x digital zoom.

Such a camera can shoot super slow motion videosat a speed of 7680 frames per second at a resolution of 720p and at a speed of 960 frames per second at a resolution of 1080p. There is support for ISO up to 51200, the ability to blur the background on the video.
The front camera is 32-megapixel (f / 2.0) and can shoot videos in the resolution of 2288 × 1080 pixels.
Huawei Mate 30
The younger model has a 6.62-inch flat AMOLEDdisplay with an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9 and a resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixels. Above is also a “bang”, but it is even smaller than the Mate 30 Pro. The fingerprint scanner is sub-screen; there is protection against dust and splashes according to the IP53 standard and Always-on Display mode.
