Huawei Watch 3 smartwatch received HarmonyOS update with new features

In early June, Huawei introduced the Huawei Watch 3 line of smart watches, which became the first wearable

devices that received HarmonyOS 2.0 out of the box. And now Huawei has started distributing a new update for the Watch.

What's new?

The firmware version is HarmonyOS 2.0.0.188, and it weighs 239 MB. The update adds several useful features, including replies to SMS messages and reminders to wash your hands in a scientifically correct way.

In addition, we improved the reaction to liftingwrists, added import of other audio file formats from a smartphone, opening the charging bar interface by default to reduce the likelihood of mistaken touching and improve charging quality, as well as 5-minute trials of paid watch faces.

For now, the update is only available to users in China, but most likely it will be released on the international market in the near future.
