At today's presentation, Huawei presented not only the P40 flagships, but also the Huawei Watch GT2e smart watch.

As the name suggests, this is a simplified (and rather sporty) version of the Huawei Watch GT2, which was introduced in September last year. More precisely, their 46mm version.

The Huawei Watch GT2e has the same 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 454x454 pixels, but the bezels are thicker. As a result, the dimensions increased from 45.9 x 45.9 mm to 53.0 x 46.8 mm.
The case is made of stainless steel, has protection against water up to 5 ATM (immersion to a depth of up to 50 meters) and new straps.

Inside there is a Kirin A1 chip, 16 MB RAM, 4 GB internal memory. The battery capacity is the same 455 mAh, and this is up to 14 days of operation in normal mode and up to 30 hours in GPS mode.
The watch can track all types of exercises.from skateboarding to rock climbing, from surfing to street dancing, monitor sleep, determine stress levels and blood oxygen saturation levels and provide useful health tips.

But the model lost its speaker and microphone.
Price
Huawei Watch GT2e costs €200, that is, €50 cheaper than Huawei Watch GT2.
There are Graphite Black, Lava Red, Mint Green and Icy White colorways to choose from.
