One of the first at IFA 2019 was Acer. As usual, there were a lot of things, including

laptops and monitors from different lines. In the Predator gaming lineup, some laptop models have been updated and new ones have appeared.

Acer Predator Triton 300

Predator Triton 300 Notebook - New Model inTriton lineup. This is a thin and lightweight (considering) category metal gaming laptop, weight is 2.3 kg. The case is made in the familiar Predator design in black with blue accents. The laptop is equipped with a 15.6-inch FullHD IPS screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a pixel response time of 3 ms. In the maximum configuration, the laptop will receive a 9th generation Intel Core i7 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card. 16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz RAM (expandable up to 32 GB). It supports the installation of two PCIe NVMe SSDs of 1 TB each, which can be combined in RAID 0 and an additional hard drive of up to 2 TB.

Killer modules are responsible for networking capabilities.Wi-Fi 6 AX 1650 and Killer Ethernet. The keyboard is equipped with RGB-backlight, and the WASD buttons, arrows and special buttons have a slightly different shape and are made transparent. For the rest, everything is already familiar: a thin metal case weighing 2.1 kg, inside are 9th generation Intel processors, up to i7, 32 GB of RAM, two SSDs with a PCIe3 x4 interface with a capacity of 512 GB. Acer Predator Thronos Air

One year ago, Acer introduced its first gamingThronos modular chair. This year, the updated Predator Thronos Air model was shown. In fact, this is a whole gaming capsule, which consists of several basic elements: a gaming chair, a modular table and a mount for three monitors. The chair is adjustable in inclination from -130 to 180 degrees and has a massage function. There is an adjustable footrest.

The table consists of two separate, fullycustomizable keyboard and mouse platforms. The design with monitors can be adjusted in height, and above the central one it is possible to install a camera for streams. And yes, it can be bought in Ukraine. Roughly in the first quarter of 2020 at a price of 250 000 UAH

In addition to new devices, Acer announcedown Planet9 eSports platform. It is designed for beginner players who, with its help, will be able to “pump over” their gaming skills and assemble their own team. At Planet9, anyone can hire a trainer to improve their skills. They will be able to give recommendations to players based on statistics, which will include a lot of indicators depending on the game. In the future, they plan their own tournaments at Planet9. Initially, in the list of games PUBG, Dota and League of Legends, the list will be replenished. Planet9 is currently in a closed beta. An open beta test is scheduled for January 2020.
