IFA 2019: HMD Global introduced the Nokia 7.2 smartphone with a 48MP triple camera and Nokia 110 dialers, Nokia 2720 Flip and Nokia 800 Tough

HMD Global held an event in Berlin, which introduced several new devices at once.

7.2

The smartphone received a glass case withwidescreen 6.3-inch FHD + IPS display. The screen brightness is 500 nits. It supports the HDR10 color range. The novelty works on the old Snapdragon 660 processor paired with 4/6 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of ROM. The battery for 3500 mAh with a USB-C port is responsible for the autonomy of the device.

The main feature of the novelty is its triplecamera with a 48 megapixel main module and ZEISS optics. It is complemented by a 5-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens. Nokia 7.2 has NFC, a headphone jack and a triple slot for two SIMs and a microSD memory card.

The device will be delivered with the Android 9 Pie system on board, but in the near future the company plans to upgrade it to Android 10.

Nokia 2720 Flip

This is an ordinary clamshell phone, whichruns on the Snapdragon 205 chip and on the KaiOS operating system. The device has 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of ROM, a microSD card slot (up to 32 GB), a 1500 mAh battery, and two screens: the main one is 2.8 inches and the secondary one is 1.3 inches. A feature of the device is the presence of a 2 megapixel camera with flash, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, support for Google Assistant, as well as pre-installed applications WhatsApp and Facebook.

Nokia 800 Tough

The device is different from the "clamshell" Nokia 2720Flip form factor, 2100 mAh battery, as well as a case protected from water (IP68) and shock (MIL-STD-810G). The device works on the same platform and with the same KaiOS operating system.

Nokia 110

This is the easiest dialer of allsubmitted. The device is equipped with a 1.77-inch screen and 4 MB of ROM, which can be expanded using a microSD card up to 32 GB. The device works on the Nokia Series 30+ system. He has FM Radio and five pre-installed games: Ninja Up, Airstrike, Penalty Cup, Doodle Jump and Snake.

Prices and when to wait

All four new Nokia products will go on sale in late September or early October. Which of them will reach us is still unknown.
