The expert noted that "our film industry has more serious problems than the ban on the use of IMAX equipment."
Sychev also expressed the opinion that cinemas can show films in other formats. In cinema halls there are not only IMAX projectors, but also others, so it is quite possible to show ordinary films.
“We have a lot of formats.As far as I know, we do not have prohibitions on the use of others. Accordingly, we can show movies, but in other formats. For this, you can use the halls where there are IMAX projectors, because there, probably, there are ordinary projectors where you can show ordinary movies, ”Sergey Sychev emphasized.
