Prosecutor's office employees during monitoringfound 30 sites that talked about ways to steal goods. Such resources violate the federal law “On Information”. It prohibits the dissemination of information for which criminal or administrative liability is provided. Theft is subject to criminal liability under Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and for petty theft - administrative under Art. 7.27 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
Saratov prosecutors filed six lawsuits to block sites. The court satisfied the requirements. Now access to resources is already blocked.
Recall that recently Roskomnadzor achieved blocking in the territory of Russia of two portals with personal databases of Russians.
