Protocol to the operator under Part 2 of Art. 13.2.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (non-fulfillment by the telecom operator of obligations to transfer the subscriber number and (or) a unique identification code, to terminate the provision of communication services and (or) traffic transmission services) was compiled by Roskomnadzor itself.
The amount of the fine was 1 million rubles.“Calls from spoof numbers can be used by attackers to spread false reports about terrorist acts, information that poses a threat of harm to the life and health of citizens, their property, as well as to interfere with the operation of transport, social infrastructure, credit organizations, energy facilities and others. socially significant areas,” Roskomnadzor said.
