The zones into which unmanned vehicles will be prohibited will be determined by the working group together with

regulators, market participants, developersand suppliers of new technological and business solutions in the field of Autonet. The source said that the FSB suggested including the issue on the agenda of the meeting, but the idea was introduced in the Ministry of Transport.

Among the zones where unmanned vehiclesmovement will be prohibited in the area of ​​the Moscow Kremlin, as well as around GUM and TSUM. But so far the zones free from unmanned vehicles have not been precisely defined. 

Such restrictions may be introduced because such transport is potentially dangerous for citizens and can create traffic problems, experts interviewed noted.

In addition, cars can be seized for terrorist acts. Some experts also suggested limiting traffic in areas with poor road infrastructure.
