“We do not support the idea of legalizing the usepirated software, but in the case of an advance payment made by the customer for future periods of its use, we ask you to treat with understanding the fact of using such programs before replacing them with Russian competitive analogues. In the event of the resumption of activities in Russia, all the lost revenue during the use of such software can be returned to foreign companies, ”the Ministry of Fira said in a statement.
